Agreement

By creating an account or using GoalPehle, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. The service is operated by Shailforte Pty Limited.

The service

GoalPehle is strictly a mathematical estimation tool based solely on unverified data entered by you, with no verification by the app or by any third-party institution. Projections, buy checks, and suggestions are for illustrative purposes only. We are not a bank, broker, financial adviser, or SEBI-registered investment adviser. Amounts, balances, goals, and projections shown in GoalPehle are virtual figures for planning and education only. They are not real money, deposits, wallets, or funds held by us. GoalPehle does not receive, store, transfer, or invest your money. Any data shown in this tool may not be accurate and should be reviewed with a licensed financial adviser.

Educational disclaimer

GoalPehle is no more than a mathematical calculation tool intended for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Please consult a certified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, keeping credentials and recovery phrases safe, and using the app lawfully. You must be at least 18 years old.

Subscriptions

Paid features may require an active subscription. Fees, billing cycle, and cancellation are shown at checkout. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users or infrastructure. Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits, abuse trials, or circumvent security controls.

Account limits

You may create up to four accounts from the same App install. Additional sign-ups from that install may be rejected. We may use an app-generated unique identifier stored on your device to help enforce this limit, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change; we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoalPehle is not liable for decisions you make based on app outputs, data loss from lost credentials, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or legal requirements.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of GoalPehle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. Contact [email protected] for questions.
